The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Use Of Site

  • Do not share SewAmykins files with anyone, this includes Free designs. 

  • Do not sell SewAmykins files. 

  • Do not give away SewAmykins files.

  • Do not use any part of SewAmykins files for resale of any embroidery designs. 

  • Do not claim to have digitized SewAmykins files.

  • Do not use SewAmykins photos to advertise your project or item for sale.

  • Photos of SewAmykins embroidery designs are property of SewAmykins.

  • SewAmykins embroidery designs are for home users, not intended for commercial use.

  • SewAmykins does not claim the copyright or trademark rights of copyright or trademark items offered for sale. 

  • SewAmykins retains rights to the specific digitization of each design offered for sale.  

Formats: VP3 is not included, please download Wilcom's Free software, TrueSizer, to convert your files.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. SewAmykins will never give away or sell your information for any other purpose. Your payment information is never received by SewAmykins, all payment information is gathered & maintained by PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

These are NOT stitched out applique patches. These are Digital Embroidery Files.

Files are Instant Download, you can download as soon as you receive your Purchase Confirmation email.

No CD is sent, no physical product is sent.

Return Policy

If you accidentally purchase a design twice, I will give you store credit not a refund - but you must contact me to request the credit. Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are NO REFUNDS. If you are having issues with digital delivery, please Contact SewAmykins for technical help. On the rare occasion a refund is given, $.50 per item is non-refundable to cover bank fees + time.

Download Issues or Unexpected File Format

Rarely, Brother owners have experienced download errors from sellers on the web. Rarely means 5-10 of my customers in 9000 orders. It has to do with backwards compatibility of Brother PES files. To solve any download issue, please follow these directions:

  1. delete the unzipped file that is giving an error message

  2. right-click on the original zip file, choose Rename. Now just add a number or letter to the original name, or give a new name. 

  3. unzip your newly-named file, save to your usual embroidery folder.

  4. An alternate way is to save any other format (e.g. HUS), then use your PEDesign or other software to convert to PES. 

Unexpected File Format: My PES files are saved in version 6, some of the newer ones in version 4. If you have an older machine, as in still using a memory card & Amazing/Magic Box, you may need version 2 PES files. If you are having problems with PES file format, contact me & I will convert the PES files to an older format for you.
